"Key choices feel limited"
I use daywind here and there for church tracks, probably a couple times a month, and it usually works fine overall. The main thing that bugs me is the key options. On a lot of songs, it feels like you only get maybe 2 or 3 usable choices, which isn’t always enough for different singers.
If a song sits a little too high or too low, you’re kind of stuck unless you take it into another program and adjust it yourself. For what it costs, I was expecting a bit more flexibility, especially for worship teams where every voice is different

"So many great songs to choose from"
I’ve been really happy with Daywind’s song selection. There are so many different styles to browse through, and it’s such a good feeling when you find songs you already love, plus a few new ones that surprise you. It didn’t take me long at all to find what I was looking for. Definitely an easy 5 stars from me.

"Download didn’t really work for me"
I bought a track and at first I thought it downloaded fine, but when I tried playing it later, or maybe it was right after, I can’t remember, it wouldn’t work properly in my older media player. I ended up having to convert the file myself, which was annoying. I just wish the site was clearer upfront about what players or formats it actually works with

"Kind of frustrating, but I still like browsing"
I’ve been trying to find a few songs I wanted, but lately a lot of them seem to be unavailable. It’s a bit disappointing because I do enjoy using the service, but it’s frustrating when the stuff I’m actually looking for isn’t there.

I had some issue after checking out where I couldn’t get the track, not totally sure what happened. I reached out and they got back to me faster than I expected, then fixed it without making it a whole thing. Nice experience overall.

I ordered from daywind.com and the checkout was smooth. I found what I needed, threw it in the cart, and didnt have to deal with a bunch of random extra steps or confusing stuff.
The payment page loaded fine and my order confirmation showed up right after. Simple enough, wich is all I really wanted. I’d use it again...

"So Many Gospel Options, It’s Almost Inconvenient"
I keep ending up on daywind.com because they’ve got a ton of gospel artists and labels all in one place. Terrible problem to have, I know. It’s nice being able to find old favorites and newer music without hopping from site to site like it’s some kind of scavenger hunt. The variety is really what keeps me coming back, and the site is easy enough to browse too. I’ve never had much trouble finding what I’m looking for.

I had a smooth time using Daywind. It was easy to search around, and I found what I was looking for without having to dig through a bunch of random pages, which is always a relief.
Checkout was just as simple, with no odd steps or pages that made me second-guess anything. Everything loaded the way it should, so I wouldn’t hesitate to use the site again.

"Pretty happy with my order overall"
I’d say I’m happy with my order. Everything showed up fine and worked like it was supposed to. I’ve used it a handful of times now, maybe 4 or 5, and haven’t run into any issues. No real complaints from me.

I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed customer service not really knowing how long it would take. They got back to me quickly and explained what was going on, which I appreciated. It did take a little bit, like a little longer than I hoped, to get everything fully sorted out, but they were polite the whole time and kept responding. Overall it was a good experience, not perfect, but good.

I mostly noticed the shipping on this one because it took way longer than I expected. The order did show up eventually, but there were no updates for days, so I kept checking and getting annoyed. Maybe the product itself is fine, but the slow delivery kind of took over the whole experience for me
